James Little lives and works in Sydney, Australia His practice builds narratives that trace the symptoms of moral fantasies within masculinity. He completed his MFA at the National Art School in 2024.

Notable exhibitions include DRINK BLEACH at Nasha Gallery, 2025, You Got This, Minerva, 2025, Flat Earth Society, Cement Fondu, 2019, Spring 1883 at Success Gallery, 2019, Apathetic, ALASKA Projects, Grammar of Glitch, La Trobe University Gallery, 2018, and Reaching inside your insides inside your insides,  Void_Melbourne, 2022.

He participated in the 2022 AANAZ conference, presenting “Demonstrations – Misdirected Unrealism”. His work has been featured in Memo Review, Art Collector and Vault magazine. Little was the co‑founder of Nicholas Projects and has served as co‑chair of the board at Firstdraft Gallery.
