The internet term “Horny Jail” is a tongue-in-cheek way of addressing situations where sexual desire is deemed inappropriate or too overt. The concept of a jail for the horny has become a way for individuals to express their desires or attraction in a playful, yet subversive way.

Horny Jail showcases a selection of artworks that exemplify this phenomenon and the relationship between desire and self-suppression. The theme of confinement serves as a metaphor for the restrictions placed on sexual expression and the ways in which desire can be both liberating and oppressive.
